Our Commitment
GOJE AI is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve the experience for all users.
Conformance Status
We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The platform has not yet undergone a formal independent accessibility audit, so we describe it as partially conformant: some parts of the platform may not yet fully meet every criterion. We are actively identifying and addressing gaps.
Measures We Take
- Using semantic HTML so content is meaningful to assistive technologies.
- Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Considering colour contrast in our interface design.
- Designing responsive layouts that support zoom and a range of screen sizes.
- Reviewing accessibility as part of our ongoing development process.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may present difficulties for certain users. We are aware of, and working to improve, the following:
- Some complex data views in the dashboard may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers.
- Certain third-party embedded features (such as scheduling and payment flows) are controlled by external providers and may vary in accessibility.
Compatibility
GOJE AI is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari). It is intended to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, though we cannot guarantee support for every combination of browser and assistive tool.
