goje
Recognition

Judged by the industry, not by us.

Two independent panels looked at what goje actually does for property teams. Here is what they were assessing, and why it is a useful signal if you are deciding whether to trust an AI voice agent with your phone lines.

Finalist

PropTech Company of the Year

National Property Awards 2026

The category recognises property organisations that put technology at the centre of how they operate. The brief asks for evidence of advanced technology applied in practice, and states plainly that only entrants who have moved past the concept stage into full implementation are treated as serious contenders.

Nominee

UK Tech Awards 2026

National technology awards

A nomination puts goje in front of a judging panel drawn from outside property - people assessing the engineering on its own terms rather than the pitch around it. For a voice product, that means the parts customers never see: how calls are handled when they go wrong, and what happens to the data afterwards.

What it took

A shortlist is evidence, not a badge

Plenty of awards can be bought. The National Property Awards publish their process, so it is worth reading what sat behind this one.

Free to enter, so nothing was bought

The organisers state there is no charge to nominate, no charge to apply, and a complimentary ticket for finalists. Placement on the shortlist could not be paid for.

Scored against the category, then cut

A shortlisting panel scores every application against the published criteria and the highest scores go through - typically five to ten per category out of the full entry pool.

Judged on evidence, audited afterwards

Multiple judges score each entry independently on a standardised system, weighing testimonials and supporting evidence alongside the public vote. An independent third party audits the scoring.

The judges are explicit that public voting alone does not decide the outcome, and that the ceremony is the first time a winner is known. Goje AI appears on the published PropTech Company of the Year shortlist alongside nine other companies - the full 2026 finalist list is public.

Why it should matter to you

The bar was working software

Read the category brief again: advanced technology, applied in practice, past the concept stage, in full implementation.

That is a narrow filter, and it is the same one you apply when you are choosing a supplier. AI voice is a crowded field right now, and a great deal of it is demo-stage - impressive in a controlled recording, untested against a caller who interrupts, a bad line, or a question the script did not anticipate.

What the shortlist reflects is a product carrying real traffic for real property businesses: inbound calls answered out of hours, enquiries qualified, meetings booked into live calendars, and the transcript and outcome landing back with the team. Judges asked for client testimonials and supporting evidence, which means the assessment rested on what customers reported, not on what we wrote about ourselves.

None of that is a guarantee, and we would rather you did not treat it as one. It is one independent data point among several you should want - references you can call, a trial on your own lines, and clarity on where your call data goes. We are happy to provide all three.
