goje
v1.0 rcPlatform

Goje beta is nearly v1

A year ago the platform could do one thing: place a call. Here is everything it does today, and the few pieces still to land before we drop the beta label.

Where we started

One page. Two buttons. Genuinely.

The first version of goje did exactly one job: it dialled a number with an AI voice agent on the other end. You typed a number, you pressed a button, and the call went out. There was a second button for sending a list of them. That was the entire product.

It worked, but you could not see the call while it was happening, you could not step in, you could not change how your agent sounded, and everything after the call ended lived somewhere else. Since then we have built the rest of the platform around that first call.

Thirteen screens, one agent, and a phone number that answers as well as it dials.

Making calls

One number or a full list, now or next Thursday at 2pm.

Single call

Dial one contact straight from the Calls page. Give the company and, if you have it, the contact name, and the agent uses both in the conversation.

Batch calls

Build a list by hand or bring one in as a CSV, name the batch, and send it. The Batch Calls page tracks every one through to completion, with a queue you can look inside.

Schedule ahead

Pick a date and a time and the batch waits until then. Useful when you want Monday morning queued up on Friday afternoon.

Working hours, enforced

Nothing dials outside UK office hours, whatever you schedule. Your agent will not ring anyone at nine on a Sunday.

Call your CRM contacts

With a CRM connected you can pick contacts from it directly while building a batch. No exporting, no copy and paste.

Inbound as well

Your goje number answers as well as dials, and inbound calls land in the same place as everything else.

While the call runs

The part that did not exist at all six months ago.

Live Calls is a page for watching your agent work. Every call in progress appears there, and opening one shows the conversation being transcribed as it happens. Not a recording afterwards, the words as they are said.

Live transcript

Both sides of the conversation, arriving as the call runs.

Take over

Step in and finish the call yourself. The agent hands the caller across and you carry on from where it left off.

End call

If a call is going nowhere, stop it. One button, immediate.

Who can do what. Taking over and ending calls sit with supervisors and admins. Agents can watch but cannot interrupt. That is deliberate: the controls that change a live conversation belong with the people accountable for it.

After the call

Everything the conversation produced, in one place.

Transcript and recording

The full written record and the audio, on every call, opened from the call list.

Call analysis

A written summary of what happened and how it went, drawn from the conversation itself.

Leads

Calls that went somewhere are picked out automatically and collected on the Leads page, so nothing worth following up gets buried in the call log.

Notifications

Told about the things that need you, in the dashboard and by email.

Meetings

Every meeting your agent books lands on the Meetings page. The contact gets a confirmation text straight after the call, and you can reschedule or cancel from the dashboard whenever plans change.

Do Not Call

A list your agent will never ring. Add numbers one at a time or upload them in bulk.

Analytics

How your calling is actually going, charted over whatever period you are looking at.

Your agent

It used to be ours. Now it is yours.

Agent Settings started life as a single screen with almost nothing on it. It is now where you shape how your agent sounds, what it does on a call, and what it is connected to. And, crucially, where you can talk to it yourself before it talks to anyone else.

Name

Give your agent a name and it introduces itself that way on every call, inbound and out.

Voice

Choose from a library of voices. Change it whenever you like and it applies to the next call.

Speaking style

Adjust how it talks, including how readily it lets someone interrupt it.

Call settings

What it does when it reaches voicemail, and how it handles a call that is going nowhere.

Test agent

Ring your own agent from the browser, or have it call your phone directly to hear exactly what a prospect would. Both draw minutes from your plan like any other call, so you are hearing it under real conditions.

Integrations

Calendar and CRM, so the call does not end in a dead end.

Calendar booking

Connect your calendar and the agent books the meeting during the call, against your real availability. No callback to arrange a time - it lands straight on your Meetings page.

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho

Connect in a couple of clicks. Calls are written back as activity against the right contact and company, matched to records you already have rather than duplicating them.

Connect any of the four from the CRM tab in Organisation Settings - no waiting required. Running something else? Let us know and we will add it.

Team and access

More than one person, doing different jobs.

Organisation Settings is where you invite the rest of your team. Everyone gets an email, sets their own password, and lands with the access you gave them. No shared logins, no passing credentials around.

Admin

Everything, including agent settings, the team, and billing.

Supervisor

Sees every call in the organisation, and can take over or end live ones.

Agent

Places calls and works the leads. No settings, no billing.

Billing

The finance contact. Invoices and payment method, and nothing else.

Seats

You can see how many of your plan's seats are in use, and free one up by revoking access without losing that person's history.

Billing

Your account, without emailing us to ask.

Payment Settings shows your plan and status, the current billing period and what it costs, when it renews, how much talk time and how many seats you have, your batch size limit, and your contract term and end date. Invoices are all there to download, and you can change the card on file yourself.

If a payment fails you will see it in the dashboard rather than finding out when calls stop. There is a grace period, a banner that tells you exactly what to do, and the account keeps working while you sort it out.

Foundations

The parts you should not have to think about.

UK numbers

Every organisation gets its own UK number that both places and receives calls.

Data stays in Europe

Your calls, recordings and records are stored and processed in the EU.

Separated by design

One organisation's data is unreachable from another's, enforced at the database itself rather than in application code.

Records kept for six years

In line with UK retention requirements, then removed.

Guided setup

New organisations are walked through building their agent and getting their number, with a call with us at the end of it.

Still to come

That is the platform
